Program Description

By opting into the Arcadia Janitorial SMS/MMS Program, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) on your mobile device. These messages may include responses to service inquiries, quotes or estimates, appointment scheduling and confirmations, real-time service updates, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-ups regarding our janitorial services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the type of campaign or service requested.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting "STOP" to our designated number. Upon receiving your “STOP” request, we will send you a confirmation SMS indicating that you have unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Arcadia Janitorial unless you re-enroll by signing up again or texting “START.”
